Return Policy

At Breezy Body, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEDT, Monday through Friday. We are committed to responding to all inquiries within 48 hours during our operating hours.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Returns:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We do not accept returns on gift cards or downloadable products.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@breezybody.com within the stipulated return period.
  • Provide your order number as the email subject, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Shipping of Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

6. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).

7. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

8. Exceptions:

  • In cases where the item(s) returned do not meet our return policy criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
